The facial products are out of this world too! I have a favorite product by Anew called the re-texturizing peel...it has glycolic acid (35%) which is superior to professional (expensive) salon acid peels!! It really works wonderfully! I noticed right away that my skin was very much improved from just using it for a few times! It comes with 30 pads, so I have many treatments to go, and a little goes a very long way! They have a product which reduces the look of dark circles now! It lightens up your under eye area, and you will love it! My clients sure do!

They have enabled so many people to grow their own business with hardly any startup money! The perks are incredible also...they have what they call the "Deal of the day" which is a special discounted price on some product, or gift package which is only offered to sales reps. They have a star contest going right now, where you earn points for sales, which you can use to purchase items when you have enough points. They also do fund raisers with organizations where they give a high percentage to the organization. They also donate part of the money from sales of Breast Cancer Awareness products, and Empowerment products, which directly help breast cancer patients, and domestic violence victims!
The best thing about Avon is the products! For example, one of my favorite products is the BB cream. Now this product is the best! It has SPF for skin cancer protection, moisturizer, and a tint. It also is very light and I can't tell I am wearing it! Then, there is the bug guard! It is deet free, it smells great, some versions have SPF in them, and the cost is very low compared to the other store brands. The best thing about Avon is that they have sales all the time on your favorite items! The brochures come out every two weeks, and chances are...your favorite products will be on sale within a few campaigns! The perfumes are spectacular too! When I wear them, I always get compliments on how great I smell! Who doesn't like to be complimented?! I don't know of anyone!

Avon by Terri Young Networking in SW florida July update
Hello Avon lovers!!
It has been awhile since I have posted...sorry! But, I have been very busy creating my gift basket website, which I won for a very small fee, at the PACE girl's school "Love that Dress" function party at the Cru restaurant July 23rd! That was so wonderful meeting so many fantastic people and networking with so many professionals from our wonderful city. The previous week I went to a meet and greet at Ter tini's with the Young Professionals, and the "friends to do fun things with" group on facebook on July 17th. Got to meet so many nice people there too. If you haven't ever been to Ter-tini's you have to check it out sometime. It is on Crystal Drive behind the Famous Dave's, right next to Gator lanes. I had a great time talking with the nice people who attended that event also. I, of course brought some Avon brochures and business cards with me.
At the Cru Love that Dress event, I was telling you about, they had representatives from the Hollies boutique, Fibi and Elo, Southern Comfort Styles, Trini, and Premier Designs Jewelry, and many others. Young professionals had Teresa from MOJOs.. That was so much fun, and I can't wait to network at the next event!
I also met a photographer named Deborah and look forward to seeing some of her pictures which she took at Cru.. Can't wait to see them because she is a fantastic new to the area, photographer. I will post them once I see them!
My new webpage is for my gift baskets! I create unique gift baskets for all occasions. No two are exactly the same! E's Web Design is going to design my page so that you may shop for your gifts. I feel so blessed to have won the silent auction and can get a high quality webpage from Eleina. I will update you with all of the information as it gets going.
I am going to be starting my very first Newsletter from Avon by Terri Young. It will include what's new, specials, updates, and some special surprises. Let me know if you would like to take this challenge. I am supossed to be on day 3 but, I had an Avon sales meeting yesterday and am a day behind. I will catch up though.
