Is your hair dry and over-processed??
Sales Representative at Avon by Terri Young Licensed Cosmetologist

If your hair is damaged from over processing, it will need moisture. If you put protein in it and it doesn't need protein, then that will cause it to break... from too much protein. What you need to do is figure out if it is lacking moisture, if it is limp and lifeless, it usually needs moisture. If it is dry because your hair is course, then you may need to rebuild the protein bonds with protein. Avon has products that work with your needs, and they are good, and well tested. I think that you should try a moisture treatment, and then there is an advanced techniques moisture IQ treatment which is a leave-in treatment which moisturizes until your next shampoo. There is a damage control 3D rescue which Instantly repairs 3 types of damage:
CHEMICAL (color treatments, perms)
THERMAL (blow dryers, curling irons
MECHANICAL (combing and brushing)

3D Rescue targets hair’s most damaged areas, strengthening hair’s internal structure, instantly mending split ends and nourishing hair from within. With fortifying nutrients. For dry or damaged hair. TO USE: Apply to clean, damp towel-dried, or dry hair.
There is also a frizz control lotus shield anti-frizz treatment which locks moisture in like a lotus leaf. Say good-bye to frizz, flyaways & hair that is untamed. One application, and frizz is finished. Like a lotus leaf repels water, our breakthrough lotus-inspired technology defies up to 97% humidity. Keeps hair smooth and well-behaved for 3 days. Bad weather is no longer the enemy.

Leave-in treatment forms a lightweight barrier that helps block out humidity to fight frizz without weighing hair down. TO USE: Shake well before use. Apply to clean, damp hair and distribute evenly. Style as usual.
These treatments are available at my Avon webpage here: www.youravon.com/tyoung123 It sounds as if you need to use the damage control to help right away, and I have included the information about the other treatments in case you have other issues which you didn't mention. YOu may need to fix the problem first with the damage control treatment, and depending on the type of hair that you have, continue to use a frizz control, or moisture treatment once you have fixed the initial damage. But, you will love the products, and be surprised as the prices. Don't be fooled by the inexpensive prices, Avon is right up there in technology, and has been for 128 years.
